Bill Mooney, founder of Mooney's Custom Woodworks, began his journey in craftsmanship back in 1992. Hailing from New York, Bill honed his expertise in woodworking with prestigious projects, including the fine finishes gracing the Ritz Carlton. When faced with relocating to Boston, Bill opted to root his talents and family in sunny Florida, leading to the birth of their own company located in Fernandina Beach. Today, Mooney's represents not only a legacy of artisanal excellence but also a family tradition, as Bill and his son join hands shaping wood—and the future—envisaging a time when the son steps up as the second-generation owner.
